The preaching ministry of Jesus/The serving
life of a Companion Youth-Leader
Read, reflect, and
compose a 5-7 minutes skit base on the following Bible stories for the
Eucharist
Eucharistic
Damas: The beginning of Jesus’ ministry and the
invitation of Disciples (Matthew 4, 12-21)
During
your participation at your local youth group chapter, there will times where
you have to step
up to accept a new position such as Chapter’s Leader
or Companion Group’s Leader during a time in which your group chapter is low in
staff or the motivation of Youth-Leaders are depleted. As a Chapter’s Leader or Companion Group’s
Leader, what can you do to overcome such challenges?
Jerico: Jesus heals the sick (Matthew 4, 18-23)
The psychology of Companions can be complex and it
demands the Companion Youth-Leaders to be
mature in building/maintaining relationships and
approaching Companion youths. In
addition, Youth-Leaders have to be updated with Companions in all current aspects
of life. How do Youth-Leaders go about
discovering the following scenario?
A
pre-youth-leader male is dating a female Companion. The two snug out at night
and have done many things that is unacceptable to the the Companion female’s family. The family comes to you, the Youth-Leader,
because both are members of your youth group’s chapter
How can you accomplish in passing on the meaning of
the 8 Beatitudes for Companion Youths in
today’s society?
II. Spiritual Bouquet
Each Team
participates in the making of the Spiritual Bouquet for another Team from July
1st
through July 24th, 2009 to offer to God
during the offering of flowers to honor Mary (use poster and colorful paper)
